Caseworker Appreciation

Caseworker turnover continues to be a significant problem for Child Protective Services. The Caseworker Appreciation Committee is one way Partnerships for Children shows their gratitude for the caseworkers’ hard work, along with our efforts to help the children and families working with CPS. Caseworker Appreciation activities also help educate the caseworkers about PC and its programs and projects.

Partnerships for Children host quarterly Caseworker Appreciation events.  They include Coffee and Donuts, Movies in March and Ice Cream Socials. We also send a monthly caseworker e-newsletter providing information on new items to look for in the Rainbow Room, any upcoming events, a ‘3 Minute Vacation’, and the ‘Caseworker of the Month’.

A caseworker’s job is often difficult and thankless.  Through Caseworker Appreciation, Partnerships for Children hopes to give them a little bit of sunshine with a very big “Thank You”!
